ShippingWe use Canada Post for our shipping service. Please allow 1 - 4 business day’s for your purchase to be prepared for its journey to you. We will email you the tracking number and estimated arrival time as soon as your order has shipped.

Returns
The Whole Bit does not accept returns. If you need more information about details on any of my products before purchasing please email me and I will send you as much information as possible. You may exchange items within 7 days of receiving them, for the same value item or store credit. To obtain exchange authorization you must email information first. Items must be in new unused condition, with original tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for all shipping and customs charges.
Custom personalized orders are non returnable or exchangeable.
Leather Characteristics
Real Hair on cowhide makes an incredible addition to projects , it’s used on on some items in places that won’t receive much friction, however do expect some shedding of hair.
Fringing leather causes it to shed some more than others, this occurs for a short period of time, please be patient, sticky rollers work great.
Leather Care
Leather is a very durable product, however cleaning and conditioning does help prolong it’s luster and life. The best way to clean the hair on cowhide is gently vacuuming.
Distressed and Nude finished Leather are best left to wear naturally, it adds to their beauty. However if a spill occurs depending on what it is sometimes the best method is blotting it off quickly, or allowing it to dry and gently scraping it off.
